What is Reunion?

Every other year, Neighborly brings together corporate employees and franchise owners from across the organization for its annual convention—a multi-day experience centered around connection, learning, celebration, and the future of the company. At its core, the convention is an opportunity for franchise owners to learn from one another, celebrate their accomplishments, connect with the Neighborly community, and look ahead to what’s next.

Bringing the Theme to Life

An event of this scale requires collaboration across teams, thoughtful creative direction, and countless details working together behind the scenes. Each Reunion has a different theme that is based around the content that will be presented at the conference. The 2025 theme was Everything Communicates.

Communication is more than a simple conversation. It is the tone in how a business plan is presented, the eye contact a technician provides the customer, and the professionalism that is shown. The theme combines the music scene and neon of Nashville through the devices that are used as vessels for communication.

Preceding the Event

In the months leading up to Reunion, the creative rolled out across a growing collection of communications and experiences designed to build excitement and anticipation. The items consisted of corporate and brand specific email headers, logos, powerpoint templates, Teams backgrounds and LinkedIn headers.

The Arrival Experience

After months of building anticipation, the creative moved from screens and communications into the physical event space. The visual identity became an environment—surrounding attendees from the moment they arrived and created a cohesive experience throughout the convention.

Attending Reunion!

The conference is broken out into several days of brand specific breakout sessions, main stage presentations, an award banquet, a vendor show, and a Fun in the Process night.

Below are four additional samples of the stage LED screen designs used during main stage followed by a couple used during the award ceremony.
